Required Documents

There follow a list of the documents you will be asked to provide for the execution of a Brokerage Account Agreement and its Supplementary Annexes. Please read the instructions below carefully to achieve an enhanced relationship with Zulu Valores ALyC S.A.

General Instructions

Complete the information requested whether online or in paper format in clear and/or printed handwriting.

Investor’s signature and printed full name on each form, in the spaces provided to such end. The pertinent legal representative or attorney shall sign in the case of companies.

Brokerage Account Agreement

Complete the information requested in the spaces provided to “Account Owner 1/Legal Representative 1” data, as it may correspond, and sign pages 2 and 5.

Signature Authorization Form

Complete the information requested in the spaces provided to “Account Owner 1/Legal Representative” data, as it may correspond.

In the Signature Authorization Form for COMPANIES, complete all the information requested in respect to shareholders and the company’s beneficial owners.

Please sign at the bottom of the form on each sheet.

Individual or Company’s ZULU profile and RISK Assessment Questionnaire

Complete the profile according to the information requested.

Complete all the items in the Risk Assessment Questionnaire by checking the corresponding box. In the case of COMPANIES, please complete all the information in respect to the company opening the brokerage account.

Please sign at the bottom of the form.

Sworn Statement of Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) and Sworn Statement of US Person and OECD.

The Annex to this Form lists the persons included in this category.

In the case of Companies, it refers to the PEP status of the signatory.

Complete the information requested. If yes, please state the reasons (position and/or relationship)

Sign in the spaces provided to that end.

Annex I - Third Party Authorization

Complete in case you want to give authorized trading privileges to a third party in respect to your account.

The authorized third party shall sign in the space provided to that end, which is above the space provided for the Investor’s signature (Account Owner 1/Legal Representative 1)

Annex II – Liquid Funds

Complete the spaces provided to that end with at least one of the investor’s banking account details (INDIVIDUAL/COMPANY)

Annex III - Costs

Sign in the spaces provided to that end.

1- Documentation required:

-Copy of his/her ID (DNI/CI Passport)

-CUIL / CUIT or CDI (Codes for Tax Purposes) Certificate.

-Document to certify his/her address (copy of a public service bill or similar document stating the individual’s address)

-Copy of the Power of Attorney, if applicable.

-Certificate of Records in the pertinent Gross Income/Multilateral Agreement Authorities, if applicable.

Account Owner’s Income Statements:

Account owner’s economic, financial and income-related statements, such as sworn statements, wage statements, accounting certificates, tax authority’s certificate on the individual tax status, etc.

1- Documentation required:

Certified copy of the company’s Bylaws, and of the certificate of registration with the pertinent Tax Authority, Public Registry of Commerce or any other pertinent Authority that may be applicable thereto.

Certified copy of the Minutes of the Meeting of Shareholders by means of which the current CEO and executives of similar rank were appointed;

-Document to certify the company’s domicile (copy of a public service bill or similar documents stating the company’s domicile).

Certificate of the company’s registration with AFIP (Argentine Tax Authority).

-Certificate of the company’s registration in the pertinent Gross Income/Multilateral Agreement authorities, if applicable.

2-Documentation required to be submitted by the legal representatives / attorneys / account owners

Certified copy of valid Powers of Attorney granted to signatories, if applicable.

Copy of his/her ID (DNI/CI Passport).

CUIL / CUIT or CDI (Codes for Tax Purposes) Certificate.

Copy of the ID (DNI, CI/ Passport) of the account owners who represent at least 20% or more of the capital stock).

3- Company’s Income Statements:

Company’s economic, financial and equity statements (copy of the last audited financial statements certified by the pertinent Accounting Authority (Consejo Profesional de Ciencias Económicas).

1- Visit us in our office located at Marcelo T. de Alvear 636, 1st Floor, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, submit the required documentation and complete the form.

2-Download and send via courier to Zulu Valores S.A. the BROKERAGE ACCOUNT AGREEMENT form, provided all signatures appearing therein shall be certified by Notary Public or Bank Authority, attaching the pertinent support documentation.

You must have a balance on your brokerage account to start trading. How can I do that? You can just make a wire transfer from your Home-banking. Both in pesos (ARS) or in dollars (USD) to the following Zulu Valores’ accounts:
